In 1983 Davide Zambelli of Scotch produced the single Happy Children. The Italo disco track became internationally known and reached top 20 positions in the singles charts in both Germany and Switzerland. The single Dream reached number 24 in the German hit parade in 1984. The song was the theme music of the French TV and radio chart show Top 50 between 1984 and 1993, and a remix of Happy Children was released in 2000.
After the 1984 album Springtime, P. Lion moved to Discomagic, which was the biggest dance label in Italy at the time. D
